Initially, I had no clue about the case

We dived deep into history and ended up with differentials

My pg alloted helped me under the case

And I was fascinated to see the immediately response of the patient to the the treatment

Understanding the concepts is the main core of the subject

You can read the book but understanding it basing on the complaints of patients and orientating yourself to the flexibility of the treatment plan best suited for the patient

Is the reaaaaall flex

The attenders questions made me feel the responsibility of understanding the subject deeper and the musts of patient doctor relationship!

And it's important to earn your patient's trust.

Conclusion

It was fun

The journey had ups and downs

Just like life

I learnt

I won

I failed some times

But mostly I lived everything throughout the journey

My seniors, my PG's and my friends helped me through out this journey

I learnt to balance everything, to live the moment and mostly to always stay alert and learn from each thing

Through out the course

I have done foley catheterization, ryele insertion, assisted for central line , collected blood samples , abg's, helped in monitering,

Assisted for intubation, did suction and drainage.

Yet to learn

Cause we are all masters of none.

That's the end.
